Frequently Asked Questions

  • When can you deliver?
    Delivery is available Monday to Saturdays (between 9am-8pm) but all bouquets orders require 2 days notice for delivery (e.g. today is Monday, you would like delivery on Friday, the cut off day for your order on your desired delivery day will be Wednesday). We currently cannot offer next day delivery unless already agreed. Please bear this in mind the above when placing your order and specifying your delivery date. More information on Delivery can be found in the 'Delivery' information section to the right or on the designated Shipping and Returns page on our website. We hope to expand our delivery options soon! Thank you for your patience and support.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver to Camberley and surrounding areas (within 18 miles - please select correct delivery option at checkout). Delivery within 12 miles of Camberley is charged at £3.95. Delivery over 12 miles from Camberley, but within 18 miles is charged at £5.95. If you are further afield and would like us to deliver, please get in touch by emailing to see what we can do for you.
  • What are your gift wrapping options?
    All hand-tied bouquets, gift wrapped or not, are tied with twine, and wrapped in tissue paper, kraft paper and finished with a handwritten note (if requested by adding text to the note section when selecting your bouquet) and a sachet of flower food as standard. Gift Wrapped - if you have selected the gift-wrapped option, your hand-tied bouquet will be wrapped in tissue paper and kraft paper, aqua packed in water and placed in a gift box or bag and finished with a ribbon. This also includes a handwritten note and flower food.
  • What is an aqua pack?
    An aqua pack is the term used for packaging a bouquet in water. Gift wrapped bouquets are packaged standing in their own bubble of water and then placed into a gift box/bag. Bouquets are able to stay in their aqua pack within the gift box/bag for up to 36 hours before needing to be transferred into a clean vase with clean water. Bouquets delivered without the gift wrap option will not come with an aqua pack, but will be hand-tied with twine and ribbon ready to be placed into a vase of your choice.
  • How should I care for my bouquet after delivery?
    If you have purchased a gift-wrapped bouquet, it will be delivered in water and able to stay in its beautiful wrapping for up to 36 hours. To transfer the bouquet to a vase, simply remove the bouquet from the box/bag, hold the bouquet over a sink and snip the aqua pack. This will allow the water to drain away. You can then remove the packaging, cut the end of the stems diagonally and place the already arranged and hand-tied bouquet in a clean vase with clean water. Don't forget to add your flower food! If you have purchased a hand-tied bouquet without the gift-wrapping option, then you should aim to place them in a clean vase with clean water as soon as possible. Don't forget to add your flower food! Remember to change the water in your vase every couple of days and re-cut the stems if required. Enjoy your beautiful blooms and feel free to send us pictures!   • Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
    Please note that bouquets may not look exactly as pictured and the blooms that we use for our bouquets will naturally vary from season to season. However, we can guarantee that they will still be just as beautiful and in keeping with the theme of the pictured bouquet that you have chosen. We only use the freshest high quality flowers.
  • What are the bouquet sizing options?
    At Greening's Floristry we create bouquets in the following sizes: Petite (12-15 stems) Lavish (18-23 stems) Bountiful (25-30 stems) Luxuriant (33-38 stems) If you would like a custom size then please get in touch and we can discuss options with you. All bouquets on our website are pictured showing the size 'Bountiful'.
  • How do I collect my bouquet?
    When selecting your bouquet, there is a box asking you to state when you would like delivery or collection. If you would like to collect your bouquet, please select the collection option. Please note that collection is only available between 5pm-6.30pm. We will be in touch to confirm your collection date/time and provide you with the collection address. If your desired date/time is not available, we will provide other possible dates/times for collection.
  • Can I request a custom order?
    Yes of course! Submit a contact form via our website or email us at in order to request your custom order. We love to make bouquets that are unique and personal to you or the person receiving them.
