Delivery and Collection Policy:
Collection

Collection is available from the Greening's Floristry studio. Collection is only available between 5pm-6.30pm. We will be in contact to confirm your collection slot and the collection address.
Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery Monday - Saturday but require two days notice for all deliveries in order to ensure that your bouquets are as fresh as could possibly be!

Deliveries will be between 9am - 8pm and we are not able to specify a delivery time unless already agreed.

Local delivery is available within 12 miles of Camberley, Surrey.

If you are unsure if delivery is available for your location, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Local delivery within 12 miles is charged at £3.95.

Delivery over 12 miles from Camberley, but within 18 miles of Camberley is charged at £5.95.

We currently cannot offer Next Day Delivery unless already agreed.
Missed Delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts. We will always try to look for a suitable and safe place to leave your bouquets, or we can leave with a neighbour if appropriate. If we cannot locate a safe place, or feel that leaving with a neighbour is not appropriate, the bouquet will be returned to our studio.

As our products are perishable, we can only offer re-delivery or collection on the same day (however, we may not always be able to re-deliver). We will make contact with the mobile number or email address that you have provided.

Refunds will not be given for bouquets with a failed delivery attempt.
Return & Exchange Policy:
If something is not right with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible to see how we can rectify this for you. Refunds and exchanges are decided on a case by case policy. Please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery.
